An executed contract and valid contract must be on file at all times.
Bolivar Beach Storage reserves the right to Withdraw and cancel services at anytime.
The executed contract defines the use of the storage space rented.
Thirty (30) days advanced notice is required before vacating.
Payments can be made via cash, check or ACH.
A late payment will be applied to all payments made 5 days after the first of the month.
Rental rates are based on a calendar month. The only month that will be prorated is the first month the unit is rented.
If the rent payment is 30 days or more in arrears, the contents of the storage unit, or the items being store in outside storage will be seized for payment in accordance with the laws of Texas.
The Renter must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods, firearms or weapons, biohazardous items, or drugs.
Goods are stored at Space Renters sole risk. Bolivar RV Resort and Storage strongly recommends that no materials be stored in direct contact with the floor.
All terms and conditions are found in the executed rental agreement.
